12 oz can from New York City. Pours a clear gold color with an off-white head and good retention. Fair lacing. Mild hoppy nose. Tastes like a classic pilsner. Clean and crisp mouthfeel with a soft bitter finish.

Draught at Bit Bar, Salem, 1/13/18.
Clear golden with a white head that recedes quickly to ring.
Malty honey shows well-extracted pils malt and lime zest-like hop notes follow. Grapefruit character picks up somewhat and lingers on the finish. Odd that they'd use American or Americanized hops in a light pilsner. I guess it's Huell Melon or Mandarina? Not sure but it's way more citrusy than it should be.
Weird flavors of waxy vegetables, definite popcorn. Moderate bitterness helps keep it zesty and drinkable though it leans heavily on the lime-like character. Light, dry with a pretty good maltiness to it. Ok at best. Though I think the tap lines at this bar were highly suspect at best, so I'll definitely have to revisit.

Slightly hazy golden color. Frothy white head. Massive dry grassy hoppy nose with cereal notes underneath. Wow. The nose is super true to style. Grassy mouth but hops don’t shine quit as much bitterness could be amped up ever so slightly. Still refreshing, with a snappy dry finish. Nice example. Would like to try super fresh

16 oz. can from AJ's. Awesome pilsner nose, crackery malt, a bit bready, clean, great aroma of noble hops: light citrus, leaves, grass, herbs. Right on. Brilliant bright gold with a high, airy head. Awesome malt flavor, on the clean, light side, but bready and rich, amazing hops. Peppery, spicy, grassy, light citrus, and snappy bitterness. This is an awesome American pilsner. Lemony, crisp, nearly perfect. Not quite up to Suarez's, but almost. Need a few more of these. Note: must add that the 4 times I had it afterwards it was nowhere near as good as this. I think handling and freshness is a huge factor in this score. I will leave the best score here, though.

Sample and then a pint at Thirsty Moose Manchester. Brilliantly clear deep yellow with a vigorous head that gave the bartender trouble pouring. Rich bready crackery pilsner maltiness with bits of earthy spicy floral hops to counter. Great Pilsner.

Poured from can clear gold with a thin white head with medium retention. Aroma is hay, cracker and yeast. Taste is soft with sourdough and hay up front turning to mild bitter earth in the dry finish. Well crafted beer.

Chalumeaux with the 16 oz can share! Great pilsner malt, and yeast aroma. The flavor is spot on Classic Pils. Crisp taste of grain with sweetness followed by an effervescence mouthfeel. The flavor text book for the style. Cracker, corn, yeast in a light crisp body.
