Packed with an abundance of fresh lemon juice along with Lemondrop hops, this kettle sour packs a cheek sucking sourness with a delicious sweet finish. Big notes of citrus, lemon and sherbet make this a beautifully flavoursome beer with a genuine sour bite.

440ml can. Poured a clear golden colour with a very short-lived fizzy white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is big lemon lime and some bready yeast. The flavour is moderate sour, with a light, crisp, light tart, juicy lemon citrus palate. Medium to light bodied with lively initial carbonation. A little one dimensional but it is what it says on the tin.

Can from Tesco Inverurie. It pours clear rich golden - amber with a dissipating white head. The aroma is zingy, big lemon sherbet vibes, limoncello, lemon cordial, perfumed, candy and some oiliness. The taste is dry, tart, puckering, oily, lemon sherbet, fruit cordial, zingy, minerals, sour candy and a touch of acidity with a dry, lemon day finish. Lighter end of medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Oily mouth feel as it warms. Perhaps a bit one dimensional, but better than expected. Drinks well. Not bad.

Danke an minutemat. Starker Zitronenbeginn, sehr sauer, intensiv. Leicht nach Limette, ansonsten aber eintönig. Lecker, wenn man auf die starke Säure steht. Eigen! 7/9/12/9/8/9

Can from Tesco, Borehamwood. Golden with no head. A little too acidic, and overbearing in this respect. Has quite a strong citric influence as you might expect. High sourness.

440ml can, drunk watching Chernobyl and starting to regret my visit there 6 years ago. Appearance is misted straw yellow. Big lemony nose. Oily palate, big lemon presence, lemon curd, nice sour edge, tart and zesty in the right places. Bit surprised by this, not bad at all.

Can at home picked up from Tesco. A mid gold coloured pour with a fading off white head. Aroma is harsh lime and lemon, solven, toilet cleaner, cif lemon, soapy. big zesty lime lemon. Flavour is composed of puckering citric acid, lemon juice, hay, lime zest, cif lemon. Harsh and a bit soapy. Palate is sharp mid pucker, highish carbonation, Really not a fan of this.
