Pale Ale infused with a generous amount of jalapeño peppers. Our process creates a unique brew with the aroma and flavor of jalapeño without the heat.

Can @ Broadway Dive Bar, Manhattan. Pours lightly cloudy dark yellow with a large spongy off-white head, faint jalapeno aroma, medium carbonation, initially sweet malty taste with a bit of jalapeno kick coming in later, thin smooth body, long finish. Interesting brew, not too hot.

Pours clear golden with a slightly fluffy white head. Aroma of peppers, some cayenne. Taste has some sweet malt, pleasant peppery notes that quickly give way to altogether too many peppery notes. Palate is lightly spicy, jalapeño, bready. Not to my taste.

Didn’t read description until I was about to rate. Amazing lack of heat. But drinking jalapeño juice from can mixed with fruit smoothie. Nose is all briney jalapeño. Tastes of fruit, grass, and jalapeño. Weird

4 oz. draft at the brewery. The flavor reminds me of a Throwback beer from NH. Jalapeño purée in a cream ale base. No pepper heat so at least that is a positive. You have to really want to drink jalapeños to enjoy this.

Wish it was creamier of a cream ale, kinda straight up golden ale with a huge jalapeno nose, the flavor is lacking though but the huge nose makes up for it, maybe.

Can from Cap Tap. Pours light brassy gold with a foamy white head. Aroma of jalapeno with some supportive rather light malt. Med body or so. Flavor is jalapeno with some citrus fruit. The chili is not disturbingly hot. It’s mainly jalapeno flavor with very mild heat. It is actually quite nice. My body indicates capsaicin is not very present. Nice ale.

16 oz can poured, surprisingly found and picked up at Hop and Hound, Bothell. Surprised and not surprised. Eric is the man! Cloudy, yet bright golden orange pour. Always a treat to try a brew from my favorite sub style. Petitioning to make it it's own style, one rate at a time. Garden pepper nose. Flavor is super "green" with pepper flavor, and little to no heat. I feel like the cream sweetness cancels out the pepper heat, and we are left with some garden like malt, mild peppers flavor. Lingering palate is about identical to the flavor palate of eating a taco. Good thing you got a taco truck out front, and some Mezcal, Matt!
