To celebrate the hop harvest we have produced a Green Hop IPA. Green Hops are hops picked fresh from the farm and brewed with the very next day, giving us fresh vibrant characteristics. We whirlpooled this beer with fresh Ernest from Hukins Hop Farm for fresh apricot, citrus and stone fruit characteristics. The dry hop compromises of Amarillo, Chinook and Columbus for some classic West Coast vibes of citrus orange and grapefruit with a moreish dose of fresh pine and pepper. Expect a melee of fruits with a crisp, piney bitter finish.

440ml can from Clapton Craft. Gluten Free. Clear golden colour, foamy white head and aroma of malt, caramel, citrus hops. Taste is sweetish, malty, grainy, fruity, citrusy, pine with resinous hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry hoppy bitter finish.Nicely drinkable.
