750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Sparkling, golden colour, white foam head and aroma of apple, skin, bready. Taste is drying, tangy, apple, fruity, some apple skin, with bready hints, white wine like notes, booze, tart acidity and alittle tannin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, boozy dry finish. Nicely drinkable.
