750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Orangey gold colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates and aroma of apple, fleshy, skin, earthy, funk. Taste is sweetish, tangy, tart, apple, fruit, with some funk, citric notes and bittersharp tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying tart & tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
