Moxee is a variation on our unfiltered, classic Helles, given a bit of lift with a modest dry hop of Citra. German pilsner malt brings clean, light bready notes whilst the kettle hop addition brings assertive, refreshing bitterness and some pithy orange character. The Citra dry hop brings intense aromas of lemon, candied orange and refreshing herbal notes.

Large rocky white head left a froth on an unclear pale golden coloured body.
Malt & bready aroma.
Medium bodied, airy over the tongue with a thick cloying back.
Pale malt, biscuit, lime & cereal tastes with a tangy hoppy finish.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Almost clear paleish gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light pale malts, a tad grainy but never cereal. Mild lager tang. Light pine into fairly juicy citrus, orange and mandarin. A light and semi dry finish. Quite drinkable but I am more convinced than ever that big US hops are not the premium choice for a good lager. They just stretch the overall flavour profile too far in the wrong direction for me and end up tasting like skewed APAs.
