Brewer Kieran's go to beer is a lager and this is his take on a Bohemian Pilsner. Malt base consists of lager malt, flaked maize, chit and acidulated malt to keep things super light and crispy. With a decent bitterness and traditional Saaz hops in the whirlpool, this beer has classic pils vibes. The beer is a celebration of Kieran’s daughter Reia and in honour of Grandad Ray. Eternal Rays should be enjoyed whilst wiling the summer away.

Tap at the Ipswich Beer Festival. Aroma of herbs, grass, muck, citrus and grain. Thin body and not really a lot to it. Disappointing.

25/7/2024. Tap at the 34th Ipswich Beer & Cider Festival. Pours clear pale golden with a frothy white head. Aroma is citrus, straw, grass, herb, slightly mucky notes. Medium sweetness, light to moderate bitterness, touch tart. Moderate body, slightly creamy, average carbonation. Miles away from BM’s usual high standard.
