A blast of hops and malt combine with aromas of pine, citrus and a hint of grapefruit to create a light golden ale with a very dry finish that has just the slightest hint of bitterness

Level 42 Bottlshare. Thanks to Dan. Light haze on this gold beer, good pale cream parlour head. Palate is smooth, semi dry and has decent carbonation. Smooth malts, lightly sweet. A little tangy citrus, mellow and ripe. Light finish. Standard stuff.

Bottle at L42 - thanks to Dan. It pours golden - yellow with a small white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, bready, cracker, zest, sweat, grass and lemon & poppyseed cake. The taste is dry, lemon rind, soda water, white bread, straw, grass and hay. Light - medium body and average carbonation. Lacking in a bit of substance to be honest with you. Drinks easy for sure.

Bottle shared in London / cheers! Pours unclear yellow-gold with a frothy, pure white head. The nose holds some pale bread, lemon peel. Light sweet flavour with aggressive flinty minerality, pale grains, rind. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Dry and flinty on the finish, more lemon peel. So so.
