Tap. Light straw color, clear. Aroma: apple, soaked apple, sour, quite clean. Sweetish taste, a bit sour, soaked apple with sugar, a little tannins, simple and drinkable.

Rien d'endiablé avec ce cidre dont j'ai peiné à terminer une moitié de bouteille. Joli visuel toutefois avec un blond doré parfaitement limpide avec une fine effervescence moyennement soutenue sans mousse. Au nez j'ai pris espoir avec des arômes de pommes aux accents fermiers. A la dégustation il est en tout autre avec un cidre bien trop sucré, dont l'alcool, pourtant à 6%, ne sert à rien et où mêmes les arômes fermiers du nez ont disparu. La présence en bouche et la longueur sont également décevantes. Bref, un cidre à oublier.
