Cask-conditioned at No.1 Harbourside, Bristol 29/7/2019. Golden in colour, with a thin, white, head. An easy-drinking pale ale, with sweetish digestive malts, a touch of citrus, grainy edge and moderately bitter finish. Fine.

Draft House Tower Bridge. Cask. Clear gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and a little dry. Modest fine carbonation. Light pale malts. Light orange tang. Light dry finish. Flaccid and disappointing. Not served in the best condition either. Makes me wonder if the ’Six Hop’ refers to the total number of cones used!

Cask @ The Halfway House, Edinburgh. Clear golden color, short head. Hoppy, citrussy, hint of yoghurt. Decent start of a weekend trip to Scotland!

Cask gravity at The Chambers, Folkestone. Golden colour. I wasn’t expecting anything too hoppy, but this is very good. Very good smack of sherberty hop on the finish. An oddish acidic quality, but the hops are excellent
