[ As Fat Pig Phat Nancy's IPA ].
ABV: 4.8%. Clear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, sweet malt, dusty, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, dusty hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity hops, peach, pale malt, fruity malt, earthy hop notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190724]

On tap at the brewpub, pours a mostly clear dark gold with some ringing, white head. Nose is very muted, lemon... yeast... some paper... a bit of tea. Flavor is straight forward, some lemon, some malt, a little hand soap. Finishes mostly dry. A bit over simple.

Cask ale, half at Rusty Bike. Clear golden body, dimnishing white head leaving spotty lacing behind. Smell of dusty hops, dried fruits and bread. Ripe citrus flavours on a backbone of grainy malts. Drying, malt-fruity bitterness to the ending. Rounded on the swallow. Satisfying (Pub crawl with Finn in Exeter 28.09.2016).

Keg at TABAC, Exeter. It pours slightly hazy gold with a small white head. The nose is fresh, juicy, apricot, peach, gummy bears and candied peel. The taste is crisp, bitter, orange, peach, apricot jam, toasted grain, cereal, grass and light spice with a firm, dry finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Nice orange fruit character. A touch spicy perhaps, but not bad.
