Pours a clear light amber colour with a small near white head. Aroma is malty and fruity with some twiggy hop notes. A moderately sweet taste, sweet malts, caramel and fruity flavours with a moderate bitter finish.

Cask at the Pup and Ducking, Solihull. Poured a clear golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, big woody light floral hop. The flavour is moderate to strong bitter, with a crisp, light fruity, big woody hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. It’s all about the bitterness. Nothing else gets a look-in.

Cask, half-pint shared with Finn at Old Green Tree. Cloudy golden body, bubbles on the surface, laing rings down the glass. Moderate floral aromas, mid-dry. Grainy fruit to the taste buds followed by malt-fruity bitterness to the finish. Approved. (Bath 27.10.2019).

ABV: 4.3%. Clear light to medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, floral, light hoppy, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average duration, floral, pale malt, fruity malt, light citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20190723]
