We love Galaxy - in fact it’s one of our favourite hops here at NBBHQ so we made a beer exclusively using this rockstar of modern-era hop. Enticingly hazy and soft gold in appearance, the nose erupts with strong citrus, passionfruit, peach and pineapple aromatics. Pillowy soft mouthfeel, with a restrained bitterness on the finish and notes of Vanilla. At 5% ABV its balanced, smooth and very sessionable.

Gravity cask at the Real Ale Classroom, Stoneygate, Leicester. Banana cream yellow, murky with a loose suggestion of white head. Grapefruit, pineapple, some yoghurt notes in the aroma. Taste is sweet with the slightest suggestion of possety sourness. More pineapple and some cteamy honeydew in the aftertaste. Very easy drinking for the ABV. Certainly not a challenging beer but a good one nonetheless.
