Offshore Pilsner is inspired by those rare moments when the wind turns offshore to create perfectly clean waves and that feeling of cool, refreshing sea spray on your face. We decided to try and put that feeling in a can. Well... not the sea spray, more the Czech yeast and continental hops that create this refreshing pilsner that’s as satisfying as that perfect wave. Well almost.

Offshore is a pale straw beer with a herbal lemon aroma. In the mouth the beer is crisp and light with clean fruit notes. The finish is brisk and refreshing leaving a dry citrus linger.

Can at home in Hackney - cheers to Cloin. Pours crystal clear yellow-gold, lightly effervescent, with a pillowy, pure white head. Pleasant enough simple lager, some white bread, biscuits, hay, low bitterness. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with restrained sweetness, more biscuits, a faint melon note, subtle bitter grass and hay. Easygoing stuff.
