[ As Cidrerie Maman Poiré Artisanal ].Clear light yellow colour with a average, frothy and quick, fair lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy pear, sugar, sugary pear. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pear, sugar. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20180920] 5-2-6-3-11

Pre-Borefts Tasting at the Kim Jung Un Buurtcentrum in Zaandam. Thank you for sharing! 750 ml. bottle. Very pale golden, massively carbonated, highly carbonated, head fizzes away instantly. Nose is weird sweet glue, sugar, candy, all overly sweet glue, sugar, candy, plastic,… High carbonation. Lots of sugar, candy, pear, overly sweet milky, candy very weird, sweet milky with high carbonation. 3

Bottle. Unclear pale golden color with white head. Aroma is lots of pear, funk, custard. Taste is pear, lots of spiciness, dry finish. Mealy mouthfeel with fizzy carbonation. Not great unfortunately, but alright.
