Cuvée Colette is a cider made following the "méthode traditionnelle" (traditional method) of making sparkling wines. Refined and elegant, it makes an excellent drink as an aperitif. Terroir Nutrient poor clay and marl soil, perfect for giving small fruit. Varieties 100% of acid apples Harvesting from September to November Alcohol cont. 7.5 % vol.

Aus der Flasche (Vintage 2015) im 2021-07 getrunken. Dieses hell gelbe Cidre kommt mit einer schönen feinperligen Kohlensäure daher. In der Nase sind erfrischende Apfelaromen mit einer spannenden Balance zwischen säuren und bitteren Äpfeln deutlich. Am Gaumen wirkt das Mundgefühl schon sehr edel und wunderbar ausgewogen daher. Ein tolles Cider!

750mL bottle at Holm, pours a clear pale golden blonde, no head. Nose is full of champagne yeast, brut-style, with barnyard funk and light acidity - almost smells more like a white wine. Flavour is bone dry, with barnyard funk, light tannins, and champagne yeast a la a brut. Dry and complex. Lovely.

Bottle from etregourmet. Very tart and dry cider. Refreshing, lots of carbonation, complex. Great.

75cl bottle (bottled 27/07/2016, disgorgement 05/09/2017, 7,5%) as vintage 2015 from the cidery (visited 9. 5. 2019). F: no real. C: straw to almost pale gold, clear. A: sour apples, green apples peels, citrus, bit woody, bit vinous, bit sour berries. T: sour apples, vinous, very dry on the palate, hint of woody, unripe berries, bit lemon, very nice for the style, refreshing, higher carbonation, fully enjoyed.

Sampled @ Borefts Pre-tasting. Clear almost watery color. No head. Sweet aroma. Light note of green apple peel. More dry flavor. Decent though. I like it. 7-3-7-3-15.

Pre-Borefts Tasting at the Kim Jung Un Buurtcentrum in Zaandam. Thank you for sharing! 750 ml. bottle. Fizzy clear pale golden ,very high visible carbonation. Nose is dry Sulphur (low), white wine cider, fruity dry vinous white grape & apple skins. High carbonation. Fizzy apple, white wine, grape, lemon, apple, dry lively white apple, sugar, white wine in a great way,..; Super high carbonation & dry white wine.

Sampled @ Pre Borefts Tasting 2018. A almost clear yellow colour, small white head. Aroma of moderate dry apples, mid sweet apples. Taste of moderate sweet apples, sulfits, medium carbonation.
