Created in 1992, this beer was the answer of our brewery to the increasing demands coming from a large group of potential clients, wanting an organic* beer with character but low in alcohol.
This light and refreshing blond beer combines marvellous aromas, taste of malt and citrus.
The refermentation in the bottle in combination with an “adapted hopping” are resulting into a complex beer with only a small degree of alcohol.
The production is being controlled by Certisys and the beer has the label Biogarantie®.

Amarillo pálido y algo turbio, espuma blanca abundante y bien conservada. Desprende olorcito a levadura saison, paja, cítricos, pan blanco.

Bottle drunk before watching Top Gun. Lightly hazy straw, small head. Yeasty nose, hint of banana. Smooth flavor, a bit grassy with notes of farmyard hay. Low bitterness. Great for three and a half percent, interesting one.

opalescent pale yellow colour, large, dense snow-white head; aroma of grainy, grape, pear peel, grassy, some citrusy and earthy-yeasty notes; quite hoppy taste with the same notes as can be felt in the aroma and some peppery aftertaste; not bad at all

250ml bottle. Just misty gold with a good inch of white head. Aroma is spicy with crackers, mild funk, some orange. Dry with a very dry, spicy bitter end. Aroma is enticing and the first swig cuts the dust well but the lack of body soon makes it too empty and all finish.

Kneiter knisperig gistje. Droog, bitter en licht zurig, laagje ijzervijlsel erover (metalig). Interessant bakkie.

Pours gold with a large lasting head.Nose shows saison yeast, vegetal notes, doughy bready notes, a bit of a spicy phenolic note.Flavours include more saison notes, more of the doughy notes, a bit of malt sweetness but finishes quite weakly with a lingering note of hay.High carbonation but very light, almost watery body.
