32 oz. growler filled at the source. Bold citrus aromatics. Flavor has plenty of fresh citrus up front. Mild wood, slight brett character. Slight citrus peel, fresh. Light dry texture. Exceptionally well-made table beer. I consumed the entire growler myself and did not feel bad about it!

50cl bottle pours a crystal clear, lemon yellow with some frothy, white head. Lemony nose, briny too, cheese cloth, pale grist, lemon balm. Flavor has lemon and white grapefruit, oyster brine, light grist, sun tea. Finishes dry and tart. Austere but good.

Bottle purchased at General Store: pours somehwat hazy with a white head. Aroma is yeasty, bretty, citrusy, funky. The hops are very present but in equal measure with the yeast. Taste is lightly sour, bright citrus and fruity hoppiness. Light earthiness. Very good beer. Very pleasant mouthfeel making for easy drinking.
