Can shared with Ashton McCobb. Pours black with a thick tan head. Lots of coffee aromas, dark chocolate and smoke. Tatse is more of the same. Maybe some liquorice. Bitter finish. Good.

Can from Cotteridge Wines Birmingham and shared in Bangkok. Poured a clear dark brown colour with a round bubbly light tan head. The aroma is roasty malt, light red berry fruit, floral aniseed, herbal. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a floral, medicinal, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

29/11/2019. Craft keg at the Gladstone Arms, Stowmarket. Pours black with a small creamy beige head. Aroma of coffee, roasted malt, dark chocolate, caramel, vanilla, dark fruit and ash. Moderate sweetness and medium roasted bitterness with just a touch of tart. Medium body, slight creamy texture, average carbonation. Very good.
