Close, but a vicious yeasty lemon middle kinda sways this pils into not-quite-there territory, mixing a decent grainy malt backbone with grassy floral notes and a dry, apple-tinged fade. Seems like with a little fine-tuning it could be something, but the sourdough bread middle just doesn't work for me.

16 oz. Aroma is grainy, lemon, chalk. Pours lightly hazy golden with a one finger bone-white head with good retention. Taste is lightly sweet, with a light to moderate herbal bitterness that lingers. Highly carbonated. Good pils.
