Our medium-bodied Marzen Oktoberfest is a malt-forward tasty treat. Light amber in color the 903 Oktoberfest finishes dry and clean. This seasonal lager is rich roasty and quite delectable. Prost!

From a 2$ can at vintage estate, this stuff pours lighter brown chestnut burnt sierra with very little head. Its aroma is that of a sweet nature. First taste is somewhat sweeter than yer typical bock, almost bordering on cloying. Continuing in the middle, sweetness becomes upfront. Difficult to take fer sher. Yea, certainly needs to be more dry than what it is. At least there is some mild co2. The alky content combined with the sweetness is not appealing. In the end, never lives up to others in the style like Penn Brewing Rock N Bock, Jacob Leinenkugel 1888 or Toasted Bock or even Van Steeneberge Leute Bokbier. There, you have it.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear mahogany with a decent tan head that rapidly dwindled. Nice malty aroma. Med body. Flavor is not dry and moderately bitter. The malt has good flavor. The hop is somewhat floral/spicy. Nice.

Desperate & quick short pour right as the cheese curds ran out. Stemless @GB's. Clear, very dark yet clear amber varnish. Hard maple sweetness, sticky & doughy nose. Varnish, sharp wood, cake-y bread, too much sugar. Doesn't help that the carb is weak. These guys make slushies all day & it shows. Hard pass.

I generally like bock beers, this is my first one to rate in a long time. 16 oz can that came from the Odessa craft beer shop. The pour goes into a shaker glass, considerably lighter in color than expected, sort of a medium amber. Little head to talk about, a thin white-tan ring around the glass but there is a fair amount of carbonation showing itself. For such an restrained appearance, the taste is relatively aggressive. Thick with grain there is also caramel, malt and a bit of molasses. Smooth too. Interesting.

7.1% ABV. 12 oz. can purchased at Total Wine - The Rim, San Antonio, TX. Pours a mostly clear bronze color with a small beige head and decent retention. No lacing. Light caramel aroma. Good sweet caramel malt flavor up front followed by a light boozy finish. Crisp start, finishes flat. Not quite as smooth as I like, but i like the flavor. No bitterness.
