Steam Town 'Stoke' (named after Bishopstoke — where the brewery is based) is our delicious, crowd-pleasing, Extra Pale Ale. Made with extra pale and wheat malts and hopped with US Citra and Mosaic hops. Fruity, fresh aroma, citrus and light malt body, ending with a balanced bitterness.

Cask at GBBF'23, day two, 02/08/23. Clear golden with an off white head that thins to a swirl. Nose is grass, tangerine, melon, lemon nip, herb. Taste comprises orange zest, floral notes, melon, citric tinged straw, light tropical fruits. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close spliced with light juicy hop bitterness. Cask ale, half-pint at Guide Dog. Shared with Finn. White head over a clear golden body, clingy lacing. Aroma of sweaty hops. Grass and sweaty hops to the taste character. Has got a decent hop bitter ending. Satisfying. (Southampton 21.10.2019).
