Free bottle pour at Torst, 4/28/23. Clear blonde. Small, white head. Wow, super lush, fresh cut grass, lilac. Holy insane aroma, and yet it's not aggressive or overdone. Herb, pepper, more dill, light lactic, moderate Brett. What a hell of a culture they've developed. Bit of citrus on the end, maybe a touch of oak and vanilla. Soft, juicy, bright, punch of acidity but softening via oak and wheat. Mild lactic notes. Lighter bodied, very dry. Fresh dill, green grass, wheatgrass....the list goes on. Stunning, delicate, elegant.

Bottle. Pours clear yellow, small white head, wispy lacing. Aroma is dusty, hay, mineral. Flavor is dry, light tart, light funk, dusty. Light body. Simple beer
