Turok Juice is the Hazy version of our 100% Mosaic West Coast IPA Turok: Mosaic Hunter. For this juicier version we applied our expressive yeast blend for notes of pineapple and tangerine and then hopped the beer with Mosaic “T90” pellets as well as Mosaic Cryo. This beer is truly dynamic and shows off one of our favorite and most versatile varieties. Notes of guava, tangerine, melon, and resin with an incredibly pungent aroma!

Pint can pours with an opaque gold colored body that supports a nice bright white head. The modest aroma offers up tangelo and clementine citrus notes as well as some guava and cantaloupe tropical fruitiness. The taste delivers pleasing levels of tangy to bitter hop citrus notes coming from a tangelo to clementine character. Behind that lurks thin layers of soft sweet funky guava and cantaloupe tropical notes. This attains the old school hazy taste profile where there's little to no sweetness (that has been plaguing the style for years) but plenty of tangy and bitter hoppiness. I dig it.

Can split at L6, thanks to the Wingmane, 21/03/19. Hazed orange with a decent off white cap that dissipates edgeward. Nose is dank hop, pine resin, ripe melon, citric pith, raw pineapple. Taste comprises orange pith, cantaloupe melon, pine resin, citric drool, mixed tropicana, grapefruit zest, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with danko hop bitterness. Solid IPA ... great balance.

Can at home in Canaan, NH - massive thanks to drsandman. Notes as single hop mosaic, with ABV at 7.3%. Pours cloudy matte gold with a frothy, virginal white head. Great snout, all dank citrus, mellow pine, pale bread, tangerine. Light-medium sweet flavour but still pretty dry, with more tangerine, some orange and melon, mild rindy bitterness, understated pale malts. Medium to full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Balanced finish, fairly dry, pithy, subtly dank. Great stuff. Super drinkable.
