Full body, soft. Tastes of grape Juicy, apple compot, cidery, bit boozy, winey. Finishes lightly sweet with notes of grape Juicy, apple compot and cidery notes. Decent, but super heavy 7,4,7,3,14

375ml bottle from MBC. Poured clear golden color with a thin white head. Fizzy, white grapes, mild spiciness. Feels more like a fairly complex wine than a beer really. Quite enjoyable overall though. Hard to rate this one.

Bottle @ Mikkeller, Odense. Pours hazy deep golden with a white head. Riesling juice and a touch of funk. Dryish finish. Enjoyable.

375 ml corked bottle from MBC. Unclear dark golden, foamy head. Dry white wine, Transylvanian Isabella grapes, prosecco, a lot of brut, tart notes. Dry fruity sourness, slightly sweet. Full bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry finish. Tastes almost like the wine my father makes from the grapes he grows in his garden. Good!

Pours clear blonde, stable, medium sized white head. Smell is very refined, very subtile. Some white grapes. Taste is full, dry, bit boozy. Sharp, white grapes. Bit 'hollow' if you will. Not as refined as champagne, but not as malty as i like in beers of this ( yeasty) type. Grapes are nice though, and provide an interesting touch to the beer. Mild ( very mild ) malty base shows. OK .

Botella 75 cl de mikkeller shop Tomada en Oviedo 08..01..2020. Color amarillento tostado turbio con espuma blanca. Sabores intensos maltosos y cereales con toques maltosos dulces con buena dosis apreciable de zumo de uvas y vinos blancos. Cuerpo medio a intenso con buena sensación alcohólica desde el principio y bastante sabor. Fina, sedosa y con buena densidad. Bastante buena para repetir sin duda alguna. Muy bien ese toque de zumo de uva.
