(Bottle) Golden orange colour with brief, bubbly head. Flat, hardly any carbonation. Fruity, malty nose with notes of dried fruit, grapes, yeast, dough and oak wood. Malty, fruity taste with ripe tropical fruit, peaches, oak wood, yeast, dried fruit, herbs, candy sugar, grapes, white wine and a vinous finish with low bitterness and a light acidity. Full body, with a certain sweetness. Nose is fairly woody, whereas the taste gets more sweet, vinous and fruity, leaning in the triple direction. Complex. Very nice.

Bottled@Rådhuskällaren, Umeå. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is sweet fruits and mild floral tones with some white wine and mild mineralic tones. Flavour is sweet malts, some minerals, white wine, alcohol and some mild floral and lemongrassy tones.

Tap at Brewdog Tallinn. Golden colour, small white head. White grapes, riesling in the nose. Light-bodied. Very white-wineous, more like drinking riesling than beer.

Bottle from MikkellerBeerMail. Pours clear dark golden yellow with small white head. Aroma is crisp white wine, grapes and light yeasty. Taste is light to medium sweet and medium to very acidic. Body is oily with sparkling carbonation. Finish is balanced sweet and acidic with notes of white wine, champagne, vinegar, lemon and yeast. Very refreshing and a good substitute for champagne this New Year's Eve.
