Mikkeller Bar London. Keg. Almost clear paleish gold beer, thin white head. Smooth light palate, slightly soft, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft malts sweetish. Much white wine, much! Very grapey and floral with white wine tang and a trace of acid. Floral grapey finish. This could probably pass as a white wine for the unsuspecting. Interesting and drinkable and further proof that beer is the most flexible alcohol medium bar fucken none!

On tap at BrewDog Soho. Slight haze gold colour lasting white head. Some funk and some saison character on aroma. Some white wine character no doubt. It reminds me of a good riesling white wine. Some sweetness doesn't drink it's abv. Some sourness. White wine slight sour light saison beer. I mean I like it. But not at 19.50 a pint. Interesting to try. Yes some sweetness bit a lasting complexity too.

Tap at Mikkeller Bangkok. Poured a crystal clear golden colour with a bubbly round white head. The aroma is yeast, apples, white wine light alcohol. The flavour is moderate sweet light sour with a light, crisp, tart citrus, dry vinous palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation. Ok in small quantities but unlike any Brut IPA I have ever tasted before.
