Flarra med djursviks ölsommelier. Jag tar stor klunk och känner en underbart krämig konsistens i munnen. Smaker av tung choklad och tydlig men inte överhängande 🥃 bourbon ton som lyfter alltihopa . Finns svag ton av blåbär 🫐 också . Ja mer balanserad imperial stout är svårt att hitta. Bryggeriet är ihop med The Bruery sjukt bra på göra imperial stout .

Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours black with small tan head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is pecans, cocoa, roast, bourbon. Slick body, toasted coconut, dark chocolate, roast, boozy, cloying sweetness, very nice.

19/12/2023. Can shared by Colin, cheers. Pours close to black with a few beige bubbles. Aroma is sweet, boozy, pecan, chocolate, toffee, brown sugar, coconut truffle, pecan pie, nutty fudge brownie. Sweet, warming, boozy, chocolate taste. Moderate roasted bitterness. Full bodied, thick, sticky and luxurious, minimally carbonated. Super stuff.

Bottle shared at CBJ - big thanks to Adi. Pours black-brown with a small, foamy off-white head. Big sweet flavour, rich dark malts, gooey chocolate, toffee, dark fruits. Full bodied, lightly oily and chewy, with fine carbonation. Warming finish, sticky, more gooey dark fruits, chocolate. Really tasty.

Craft Beer Junction bottle share, thanks to Tips. Opaque black brown beer, tiny tan head. Smooth palate, viscous, decent fine carbonation. Soft rich dark chocolate malts, a little dark chocolate mildly bitter, big chocolate liqueur, boozy, as in delightfully boozy. Rich coffee. Viscous spicy finish. Marvellously rich and boozy.

Bottle split at Other Half, DC, thanks to Nimbleprop 13/04/23. Black with a tan swirl that veers edgewards. Nose is booze, pecan nut, chocolate, spice, cacao nibs, earthy roast. Taste comprises dark malts, bitter sweet, toffee fudge, kiss of bourbon, chocolate, spice, molasses. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced kiss of alcohol laced in bourbon. Solid.

Bottle shared at the brewery taproom in Washington DC. Thanks to nimble prop. . A thick opaque black brown coloured pour with a halo of dark tan head. Aroma is huge sticky fudge cake, creme caramel, cinnamon bun, brown sugars, spicy hot alcohol. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, sticky brown sugars, cinnamon bun, brown sugars, maple, sticky palate is medium. Sweet, sticky hot alcohol. Lovely.

Pecan and chocolate. Caramel, coffee. Lots of barrel, plenty of coconut. Boozy sweet finish with a little wooden bitterness. Oily black pour without much head. Tastes big and boozy. Bottle thanks to nimbleprop.
