Mango Tart is a tart session beer constructed to be a refreshing, easy-drinking beer with a zippy amount of acidity and a dry body. It is brewed with a significant amount of wheat in the grist bill and conditioned upon a judicious dose of fresh mango purée. After resting for several weeks in stainless it is imparted with a tight and spritzy carbonation. Mango Tart features tongue pleasing acidity balanced by flavors of under ripe mangoes, plain yogurt, lemon curd, and subtle funk. It finishes cleanly, eschewing bracingsourness, with hints of white wheat and cracker malt gracing the palate. Enjoy!

Can shared by Chalumeaux--thanks, TJ! Clear pale yellow with no sparkle, head or lacing. Aroma is strong mango and tart fruit. Taste is strong mango, wheat, light tart fruit. Smooth texture, flat carbonation, finish as taste.

16 oz can, thank you TJ. Flavor shows some weed with very mild tart mango. Hints of cereal grain. Very crisp texture. It is under 4.1% so it kinda hits the mark with what it’s supposed to be. A beach beer.

Charlton draught, 7/3/25.
Clear, bright mango-bronze. Small, off-white head.
Fresh mango character front and center with good pit-like acidity and minimal lactic acidity per usual for the series. Soft, white bread-like malts balance.
Spicy, tart, lightly juicy with excellent, authentic mango notes, bit of white bread and biscuit and minimal lactic character. Just a refreshing fruit beer with good attenuation and no metallic or punchy lactic acid. Hard to find these days.
