Belgian Tripel, after BBD Smell-weak malt, caramel, Belgian, acidic-ish. Foam- caramel, sweet, weak sourness, malt, hops, Belgian yeast, alcohol. Head is medium to small, dirty white color. Appearance - brewer bottle cap, simple bottle. Hazy, orange, brown-ish color no carbonation. From- snifter Taste - caramel, malt, yeast, Belgian, alcohol, sugar. Veels rather sugary than sweet, alcohol is not hidden, there are some Belgian notes in the mix. Not terrible, but sugar hits through bit much.

Bottle 330ml. @ [ Højbjerg Tasting ] - Saxo House, Højbjerg - Aarhus, Denmark.[ As Sakiškių Belgian Tripel ].Clear medium to light orange - amber yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, fruity, yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, earthy, fruity yeast, sweet yeast, light phenolic - alcohol. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Dark yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy and yeasty aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Long heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Cloudy orange, offwhite head. malty, light fruity, slightly phenolic aroma. Sweet flavour, sweet malt, yeast, a little peppery spice. Very sweet.

Bottle, 9.5%. Clear golden with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, yeast, spices and orange. Flavour is malt, caramel, yeast, orange, sweet, spices, warming and a little bitter.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, warming alcohol, hops and has a nice bitter finish.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Clear dark golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and yeasty. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish. 190419

0,33 flaske fra Bulgarsk Mad i Rantzausgade, hjemme på lille nyttårsaften: lett uklar gylden med fint skum som varer. Appelsinmarmelade, tørkede frukter, lys sirup, plaster og alkohol i en heller usjarmerende kombinasjon. Tørrhumlingen har ikke satt spor etter seg, eller så har de brukt alt for lite.

Bottle @ Home. Pours deep golden with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, yeast, caramel, light wood, sweet fruit. Flavor is very sweet, rich malty, caramel, yeast, little honey, light wood, alcohol. Medium to full body, average carbonation, sweet finish with loads of warming alcohol. Sweet and boozy. 050918

Bottle. Cloudy. Aroma: dried apple and pear, belgian yeast, a little caramel and candy. Taste: wine, pear and green apple, malt and yeast, not so bad
