Enduring Belief is our Rye Lager brewed with locally grown and malted rye from our friends at Thrall Family Malt in Connecticut. The addition of European Eraclea Pilsner malt brings richness to the beer that balances the spiciness of the rye. It pours a lovely, clean, dark yellow color into your glass. It carries notes of bready malt, honey, caramel, and mild spiciness, with a gentle bitterness provided by a heaping addition of Crystal hops. Enduring Belief is one of dozens of Tree House beers meticulously crafted to honor tradition while searching to discover one of many brewing stones yet to be unturned.

Can from trade with CLW--thanks, Chris! Clear, golden yellow, tons of sparkle, nice head with excellent retention and light lacing. Aroma is strong rye including spicy aspect over Pilsner malt, hint of honey. Taste is strong rye and Pilsner malt, light rye spice, hop bitterness, late bread and hint of caramel. Smooth, frothy texture, average carbonation, dry, crisp, yeasty finish with lingering bitterness. Don't love Pilsner malt but its presence here is just as one of the gang and fits in well with rest of elements. Had the pleasure of having this rye lager in close proximity to another (Dade City Mayhem Maker). Like this much better.

16 oz can. Aroma of light bread, soft rye. Flavor has a decent bread malt base with hints of spicy rye and herb. Pretty good balance. No bitterness. Ends mildly spicy with a nice crisp texture. Easy to drink.

16oz can pours a clear burnt gold with some clumpy white head. Nose has grist and grain, some floral notes. It's not corny, there is a clear rye character. Some honey and dough. Off dry finish. It's good.

Pours a lightly hazy, pale golden yellow, with smallish head. Aroma is rather muted, but some hints of grass, bread, pine. Flavors are grass, pine, malt, maybe a touch of rye (it's minimal, if even there). Clean, crisp mouthfeel.

Charlton draught, 7/12/24. Clear, brass-maize-golden. Small, white head, quickly to ring. Rich, lightly bready malts. Don't get a ton of aroma, though. Hard to find the rye, though their beers are also served ice fucking cold. Spicy rye is evident in the flavor, alongside peppery-spicy hops and rich, honey-and-bread-like malts. Great texture with rye contributing chewiness and attenuation is ample, with a moderately crisp finish. Very clean, of course.
