To create this thirst-quenching alcohol-free beer we took our refreshing, cider-like base beer Limbo and added fresh dragon fruit. The delicate foundation is topped off with notes of pear and kiwi leading to an exotic, revitalizing beer.

Clear deep ruby red beer, creamy dense white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: funky touch, very floral, sweet impression, elderberries, slightly sourish impression, spicy touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sourish start, very fruity, pleasant acidity, elderberries, red currants, fruity, nice! Aftertaste: gentle acidity, floral, a little funky, lemony, red berries, nice!

Pours deep pinkred, pinkwhite head. Clear lookin'. Scent is typical Limbo, mild on the fruit, but very pleasant as I do like the series myself. Taste is medium tart, dry, sharp lactic, malty. Fruit is very, very modest. Even hidden. It's a pleasant beer though, as the series brings quite a good balance between MF, acidity, and dryness. HEre, it's no exception. very, very, very distant fruity touch - kiwi like (which is the same idea as I had when trying dragonfruit itself) . Nice, but not fruity enough to the expectations it brings with the name.
