Our second collaboration with Adnams and the first brewed at Siren is the spectacular Light The Horizon. As an XPA (Extra Pale Ale) we're looking for a delicate light colour, gentle hop haze and wave upon wave of tropical fruit flavour from our hops. A beer you'll want to keep sipping, whether it's a fridge-cold can or by the pint.

Hops: Citra, Krush, Mandarina Bavaria, Enigma, Eclipse

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Siren online. Pours mostly clear yellow-gold, effervescent, with a creamy, white cap. Light sweet flavour with bouncy citrusy fruits, a little pith, dry pale bread, mild grassy bitterness. Light bodied with average carbonation.tidy and nicely balanced in the finish, more fresh and pithy citrus character, background pale malts. Quite highly drinkable.

Quite malty and has a real ale yeastiness to it. But at the same time, there are some NE hints. Quite fruity. Peach. Nice

Can from day 2 of the Siren's advent calendar. A light hazed straw coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is nice soft bready wheat, nice soft tropicals, white grape, melon balls, peach, some leafy notes. Flavour is composed of soft floury wheat, bitter lemon, background tropicals, melon balls, waxy citrus, lemon peel. Palate is airy carbonation, light hop oils, Lingering assertive bitterness. Really solid for the reletively low abv.
