Sweet with notes of red apple and bear, picking up some red berry type note in there, quite sugary sweet, light to medium body, sweet lingering apple finish.

Bottled. Reddish orange colour with a white head, which lasts for a while. Aroma is fruity, some citrus, apples and a bit sugary. Flavour is apples, mild yeast, wood, some citrus as well as some slight earthy tones.

Bottle shared with Daniele & Ippopotamo36. Rosè/ambrata, limpida, schiuma bianca leggera ed evanescente. Al naso note di mela matura, pera, leggero vinoso. In bocca è dolce con chiusura leggermente acidula. Corpo leggero, carbonazione brillante. Semplice, da aperitivo.

Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apples, sugary apples. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, tart, berries, apple, apple - pear, sugary.
