Bottle at Fierce, thanks to Hammy. It pours cloudy orange with a small white head. The aroma is sweet, bright, zingy, musty, funky, passion fruit, sherbet, carribean vibes, rum, vanilla and toffee. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, puckering, zingy, sherbet, passionfruit, minerals, apricot, acidity and green apple with a drying finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Bright, maybe a bit acidic but fun.

Bottle 1pt. 0.7fl.oz. @ [ Højbjerg Tasting ] - Saxo House, Højbjerg - Aarhus, Denmark.[ As Westbrook Fruit/Wood/Time: Passionfruit Rum Barrel Finish ].Unclear light to medium yellow colour with a small, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, tart, moderate to heavy passion fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a long duration, tart, passion fruit, dry. I did not get any rum or barrel - oak. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190419] 7-3-8-3-16

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Cloudy pale yellow, small white head. Sourish, slightly funky aroma. Fruity, but not much passionfruit, more like lemon. Sour fruity flavour, sour berries. Very sour, a touch of solvents. No rum and no barrell either. Quite nice though.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, heavy passion fruit and tart. Flavor is medium sweet and rather acidic. Dry and rather acidic finish. 190419

Frothy white fair mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Some yeasty notes. Light bitter very acetic flavor. Average acetic finish. Oily palate. Unharmonic.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are lactose acid, malt, citrus, hops and has a tart sour finish. Nice. Where is the rum?
