Pale amber, a bit ropey, very acidic, lemony, shit, it’s wild but it needs blending.

Draught at Monk's: gold with small head. Generally funky, not really full on gueuze, some fruity notes. Taste is tart, light sweetness. Easy enough on the palate. Solid.

Draught at Tip Tap Room, 12/31/23. Clear, bronze-brass. Off-white head quickly to ring. Lemony, with light honey and moderate lactic character. Not particularly funky. Rather acetic, though in an old cidery way. Moderate lactic character. Some lemon, bits of acetic notes at the front of the palate. Maybe a touch metallic. Loose carbonation, quite malty. Tastes like Boon Gueuze, though less green apple and pixie stick. Bit of oxidation, bit sweet and sugary. No funk.

Holy crapola it's basically A&G with a sour finish.
