375 ml bottle. Pours a dull garnet with little head. Aromas of red grapes, soft vinous oak and sharp wheaty malts. Flavors follow same with emphasis on vinous wood and musty grapes. Quite fruity. Nice

375ml pours a pinky purple, pink head.  Nose is soft, some hibiscus, some grape notes, some barrel, a little grain.  Flavor is a lot grapier, then the rest.  Finishes tart, dry.  7 4 8 4 14

375ml @ Phill's. Appearance: hazy purple with a rose head. Aroma: lots of grapes, some barrel and a little funk. Taste: along the same lines with lots of wood, tannins, and grapes aftertaste. On a dry side. Overall: pretty good.

Poured from 375mL bottle (bottled 12/15/20). Slightly hazy ruby red with small pinkish white head. Nice pinot noir quality with wild yeast and a touch of oak. A bit dry. Quite nice.

375mL bottle, pours a cloudy deep dark reddish brown / chestnut brown with a small beige head. Aroma is loaded with lots of Pinot Noir barrels, with musty dark grape skins, and a touch of wild yeast. Flavour expresses a wonderful Pinot Noir character upfront, followed by oak, a touch of wild yeast, and musty dark grape skins. Beautiful expression of the wine barrels and grapes. Lovely.
