This IPA-Roggenbier decandent hybrid has a plethora of combinated flavours. The red horse brings of orange marmalade and twisted lavender and rosemary aromas. A deadly carnival dancing in the mouth: toasty caramel followed by the wild spiciness of the rye, roasty taste from the grains, and all the power of the american hop resin ending the cortege.

Tap @ VAF 2018 / 01.12. Deep amber, hazy. Nose is bready, nice rye spice there. Dark fruits. Tastes bready too, spicy and burnt around edges. Lightly herbal. Quite nice actually, something medicinal about this, bitterish linger. Good.

Caña en el kraken 19..01.. 2018. (r07). Color cobrizo transparente con poca espuma beige. Sabores maltosos y cereales dominando centenos algo rústicos y secos con amargos resinosos secos al final. Ligeros afrutados. Cuerpo medio algo denso. Amargo final al más menos duradero. Buena, notándose el centeno bastante.
