In recognition and celebration of our 20th year, we have crafted this special take on our favorite beer. Everything you love about the original, but tweaked and punched up to a whole new level.
This 20th Anniversary Heady Topper will be brewed and released quarterly over the next year, so don't worry if you miss it the first time.
It seemed only natural that we would make this special variant in honor of this important milestone.
A warm thank you to all our customers, staff members, and partners who have helped us along the way. Thank you for a special 20 years, and here's to celebrating our future together.
With love, gratitude, and respect,
John, Jen, and the entire Alchemist family.

I think it is a little darker than the regular version.

Can (5/23/24) pour shared by ClarkVV--thanks, Clark! Bright golden yellow with nice sparkle, ring of head, trace lacing. Aroma is strong mix of cooking/musky herb and grapefruit. Taste follows aroma. Smooth, soft carbonation and finish as taste.

16 oz can thanks ClarkVV on the share! The Mosiac hops are bright and clean. Fresh grass clippings, mild herb, and soft citrus. The alcohol is really well hidden. Probably the best Mosiac brew I have had in years!

Batch 3 canned 5/20/24, drink 6/1/24. Mostly clear, bright, lemon brass. White head quickly to partial cover. Shit ton of mosaic, wow. But it's well done, without any scallion. Peach, apricot, unripe nectarine with big lemongrass and spice. Malty, but not sugary. No booze, resin or weird yeast. Lemongrass, with lots of rich malt. Orange rind and tea. Honey and plentiful bitterness. Not the best expression of Mosaic, but still very respectable. Lots of spice and herbs, big malts, decent attenuation. Interesting. Not sure I'd want much more than a few sips, though.

Very green, citrus hop, classic Heady resinous bite. Lots of sweetness, missed Batch 1, Batch 3 is better than Batch 2

Can. Gifted to me by Nice Kitchen Dan. He’s a fucking top man. Hazed gold. Tipped in the lumps accidentally but obvs it’s made no difference. Nose has super syrupy candied orange peel. Sappy resinous pine. Proper marmalade. Taste is super sticky sweet up front with plenty of sappy pithy ripe citrus bitterness. Drinks spot on at the ABV. Bonkers. Lovely.
