Tørst draught, 4/29/23. Lightly hazy blonde. Small head to cover quickly. Juicy hops with white wine, mineral, stone fruit, light barrel, lots of Brett and good, rustic, biscuity malt. Big Brett notes of pineapple and light lime. Soft, malty, well-attenuated. Some strong earth or peppery off-notes on the finish, I think a Brett derived fatty acid or oil. Excellent bitterness. Good development without getting over-developed and bready. Very refreshing and just chalk full of delicious Brett (brux, it seems, though could be clausenii, I guess. I've gotten rusty on my Brett).
