Bottle pour shared by AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! Cloudy yellow without head or lacing. Aroma is strong funk, tart fruit, honey. Taste is strong tart/sour fruit, honey, oak. Smooth texture, fairly thin body, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Good strength for the ABV and not overpowering tart/funk but no bourbon, maple, mango. Fine. Just don't love sour/tart.

750 ml bottle. Held about a year. Aromatic with apple skins, mild oak, yeast. The flavor follows with oak, apple slices, soft yeast, and very mild funk. Hints of citrus and mild juicy texture that turns dry. Really great.

750mL bottle shared by Airforcehops on 8/31/24. Hazy blonde. Small, creamy, white head. Pineapple- forward Brett. Vanilla from the barrel. not too much bourbon or tannin or oak. Just juicy Brett and rich malts. Juicy, tangy, not twangy. Malty, with mellow barrel. Tight carbonation and gentle stone fruit. Fantastic yeast character not just the Brett. Wow, this is good even by TH standards. So drinkable. Preserves what a true saison should be.

Thanks Chris. Aroma is citrus, oak, light funk. Loads of flavor, balanced, soft, clean. Exceptional.

Bottle: pours gold with white head. Aroma is funky, fruity, woody. Solid. Taste is sweetish, quite funky. Quite nice.
