Our expressive and singularly focused 100% Citra DIPA

Sticky mango, sweet pine, kiwi strawberry snapple, green grape, and clementine all make their presence known via the careful combination of our house ale yeast and multiple Citra only dry hop charges. This beer needs no introduction, but every so often, we wake this beer...when we need it.

(473ml can from Mikkeller Webshop) Pours quite hazy gold with a white head. Notes of ripe mango, dank and somewhat catty weed, peach, grapefruit, touch of smoother papaya/melon vibe, soft and lightly sweet malt body that stays out of the way, finish is only softly bitter but with lots of dank pungent Citra leading into the aftertaste. Medium-bodied, a touch creamy, rather softly carbonated. The best of the Triple Crossing beers that made it to this side of the pond, for me, with good Citra character despite the freshness.
