Cocina Vasca is a beer with a story to tell. Its robust body and potent aromas are complemented by a satisfyingly dry finish, making it a true homage to the stories Basque culinary tradition.
Dry-hopped with over 25 grams per liter of Citra, Strata, Vista, and Vic Secret hops, this brew delivers a vibrant burst of tropical flavors. The Pomona yeast deepens the profile, highlighting notes of passion fruit, guava, pineapple, papaya, and lime, all enveloped in a distinctive dankness that lingers long after the last sip.

Thanks fonefan! Hazy yellow colour, small white foamy head. Aroma is floral, some fruity and mild herbal tones with a bit of earthy tones to it. Flavour is floral, mild fruity and some toffeeish and dried fruity tones to it. Rather dry palate.

Can from Kihoskh at home 10/11/2024 Vibrant bright fruity with notes of tangelo and mango, passionfruit, red grapefruit and a touch of berry fruit, some hop spice, semi sweet malty backing, balanced light bitter hoppy into the close. Nice one.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 30/11/24. Moderately hazed golden orange topped with a lasting just off white cap. Nose is bitter orange, grapefruit, toasted grains, light hop spice, grass, papaya. Taste comprises grapefruit, mango, ripe melon, grass, pine needle. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy come grassy hop bitterness. Tidy enough DIPA but Basqueland can do better than this!

Can. Just a light haze on this yellowish gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth and fairly light start to the palate, decent fine minerally carbonation asserts on the back end. Smooth pale malts, a pleasant light creamy sweetness. Soft pine into an unusual hop fruity array. Melon and sweet tropical fruits, an almost lychee floral thing going on, slightly bitterish tangerine low down. Crisp brighter juicy fruits singing towards the end. Hop spice runs throughout. An intriguing dipa, tasty to, perhaps finally a decent showcase for Vista hops? Dunno! I do know that I haven't tasted anything quite like this before.
