We’ve really got the base down for our Gold Tops now. The grist is loaded with oats and lactose on the hot side bringing softness and a delectable sweetness. That sweetness really boosts the hefty dry hop of Citra, Motueka and Nelson. Massive papaya up front leads into Vanilla milkshake, Flump, Kiwi and Poached Mandarin. The fruitiness leads out to a pillowy, sweet orange finish.

(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 19 June 2022) Cloudy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of tropical fruit, grapefruit, resin and pine needles. Fruity, hoppy taste with mango, pineapple, citrus, resin and a balanced citric/resiny bitterness. Almost full body, smooth mouthfeel. A certain sweetness. Rich, hoppy and juicy with lots of tropical fruit. Very nice.

Orange, hazy with a large creamy white head. A tropical fruit, orange, peach and floral aroma. Medium bitter, some sweetness with a nice juicy tropical fruit ending. Not to much or too little, nice balance. Medium-full bodied. Bought in Copenhagen.

Can picked up at Kihoskh and shared at home (25/06/2022) - hazed golden yellow with a white head. Another beautiful “gold top” imho, vibrant sweet with creamy dense lactose and malts, intense fruity hits of lychee and papaya, passion fruit, clementine, red grapefruit, nelson gooseberry, splash of motueka lime all coming together nicely, immense.

Can @ Din Øl, Odense. Pours hazy deep golden orange yellow with a white creamy head. Intense and really complex on the tropical hop nose. I can sense the Nelson berry/gazoline in the back. Super smooth and well rounded. Sweet but dry and crisp with a fine bitterness. Just lovely and in the line of the best new englands Ive had probably. Winner.
