Cílem tohoto blendu tří pšeničných piv bylo napodobit slavné v čokoládě zalité vánoční gumové bonbóny. Po 30 měsících staření v dřevěných sudech jsme tedy přidali, pomeranče, pomorančovou kůru, kakaové boby a osladili javorovým sirupem. Výsledek je velmi zábavný a překvapivě pitelný. Dizajn etikety nám propůjčila teplická multidisciplinární umělkyně Hannah Saleh.
The aim of this blend of three wheat beers was to emulate the famous chocolate-covered Christmas gummies. So after 30 months of aging in wooden barrels, we added, oranges, orange peel, cocoa beans and sweetened with maple syrup. The result is very fun and surprisingly drinkable. The label design was lent to us by the Teplice-based multidisciplinary artist Hannah Saleh.

Bottled 375ml. -from Projekt Ljubljana, shared with Hrabren. Dark brown coloured, no head at all, malt, chocolate and discreet oranges in the nose. Sweet malty, caramel, chocolate, discreet oranges and noticable maple with wax like finish. Too sweet overall and pretty hard to drink.

0.375 l bottle shared with Ogi. Oily dark brown, minimal head. Aroma is sweet dried fruit and molasses at first, some arancini and orange marmalade next. Hints of milk chocolate, cocoa and Jaffa cakes. A touch of spice. Note of alcohol. Oily, smooth, sweet. Medium body. Walnut liqueur flavour and texture. Oversweet. Molasses and maple dominate and kind of push back the chocolate, orange and biscuit flavour elements. Finishes sweet.

ZincFest2025. Deep coppery brown colour, small head. Aroma is floral, dried fruits, some chocolaty and toasted tones with mild rye and some alcohol to it. Flavour is chocolaty, toasted, nutty, mild rye and some dried fruity tones along with some zesty and citrusy tones to it. Alcohol shows a bit, but not disturbingly much.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 18/05/2025.
Deep mahogany brown topped with a beige cap that thins to the edge.
Nose is chocolate, dried fruit rinds, tobacco, spice, dried fruit rinds, toffee.
Taste comprises fruit cake mix, chocolate, spice, booze, orange shreds.
Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced kiss of alcohol.
Fun sipper if a little overly sweet for my liking and lacking balance on this front.

Just a light haze on this deep amber brown beer, small and short lived bubbly tan head. Smooth palate, a mild viscosity, good fine minerally carbonation. Smooth malts, caramel and cream and a little chocolate but nowhere enough to push it into this weird barleywine/Impy territory. Smooth ripe orange, feels like some sort of orange liqueur barreling or, something of that ilk. Smooth finish shows a little alcohol spice. Hmm, really not what I was expecting, thought this would be a pastry barleywine but it's not that sweet, just a deftly adjunct barleywine that leaves a light spicy alcohol linger. Pretty quaffable.

Malm February tasting - dark toasted sweet malty with some toffee and fudge like sweetness, zesty citrus orange nuances laced throughout, some dried fruit, cakey malts, orange infused dark sweet malty finish. Works really well.
