Tento blend dvou sudů ječného a dvou sudů pšeničného vína jsme po 30 měsících ve dřevě nablendovali do jednoho tanku a ochutili kokosem, a amarettem tak abychom přiblížili chuť italského dezertu Tiramisu. Fotografii na etiketu nám poskytl jirkovský fotograf Jakub Soukup.
This blend of two barrels of barley wine and two barrels of wheat wine was blended into one tank after 30 months in wood and flavored with coconut and amaretto to bring it close to the flavour of the Italian dessert Tiramisu. Provning hos P.N. Doftar kola bourbon o choklad! Efter fint käk( bruna bönor o fläsk) smakar den här mycket bra. Massor av spritsorten bourbon choklad o vanilj. Mmm goda smaker. Lagom eftersmak. Kanske lite tunn i slutet!

Flarra med Ölsommelieren hos mig på stor ölprovning . Först reagerar supertrevlig ocv tydlig smak av bourbon samt chokolade . Efter en stund kommer vanilj och grädde samt chokladen går ner till mjölkchoklad . Tyvär blir den väl söt och vaniljig efter hand . Började super

Malm� February tasting - toasted sweet malty with notes of cocoa, caramel and some nutty accents running throughout, dark fruit, medium plus body, nicely balanced coconut into the malty lingering finish.

Tap ar Pivní zastávka. Muddy dark brown body. Chocolate coconut and heavy maltiness, bourbon notes, coffee, huge, lovely. Marzipan coconut note, coffee, smooth bourbon taste, nice warmth, good stuff!
