Bottle. Pours hazy golden with large white head. Aroma is mostly malt with hints of spice and fruit. Taste is mostly sweet. Body is watery with light carbonation. Finish is a bit short and mostly sweet with notes of malt, cloves and hints of banana.

Bottle 500ml. @ home.[ As Thisted Thy Økologisk Hvedeøl ].Unclear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, cookie, grain, sweet malt, pale malt, light to moderate yeasty, fruity yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity yeast, grain, wheat, sweet malt - sweet yeast, thin, sweet malt, citric notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. 50 cl bottle. Slightly hazy golden colour with a thinwhite head. Sweet aroma with spiced, yeasts, fruits and pilsner malts. Taste is light sweet. Medium bodied. Short, slightly drying finish. Not that exciting.

Bottle @ Home. Pours clear golden with a small offwhite head. Aroma of malt, wheat, yeast, little spice, little fruit, banana. Flavor is sweet, wheat, yeasty, light spice, fruit, banana. Thin to medium body, average carbonation, light sweet finish. Drinkable. 070319

Nearly cler yellow, lasting, thick white head. Wheaty, bready aroma, light hoppy notes. Sweet flavour, a little banana and cloves. Drinkable but anonymous and boring.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear golden with hardly any head. Very yeasty, estery clove aroma. Medium body, yeasty and sulphurous, solid banana and clove notes. Dry finish. I wonder if the Belgian yeast makes this almost clear. In taste it is very close to a German Hefe - but certainly not in looks. 200219
