One of our large range of fresh hopped offerings this year, this lager features a healthy dose of Saaz Special, bringing forth predominantly floral flavours as well as grassy and citrus notes. It also features that unmistakable dank woodiness of fresh hops, though none of these aspects detract from the crisp drinkability of a pale lager.

500ml can courtesy of Marko. Massive thanks! Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a thin white head. The aroma is herbal, floral yeasty. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a smooth, fresh, light earthy, herbal, light dank, light lemon citrus, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Nicely done. Very Saaz!

Tap @Peders. Clear golden, poured with a solid white head. Earthy, spicy hoppy and nice bready malts in the aroma. Smooth mouthfeel. Malty, earthy nd herbal hoppy flavour, good bitterness and a smooth bitter finish.

500ml Can - Golden yellow with a foamy white head. Herbal aroma with some notes of lemon and thyme. The taste is mostly herbal but also features some notes of lemon peel and tea. Really enjoyable. I am a fan of Saaz Special when it has been used in lagers by Sibeeria.

Can at Base Camp with ElDesmadre. Clear golden body, big white head. Citric, bit herbal, floral and lightly yeasty aroma, pleasant. Citric, floral, somewhat herbal lean, clean, dryish taste. Well-balanced overall, nicely drinkable. Good one! I think I'll get it again and maybe rerate. For science, you know.

Can from Pivny raj. Pale golden color with white head. Aroma of malt, clear Saaz hops. Taste is hop centered with fresh Saaz hops, medium malty backbone. Medium long hoppy bitter finish. Nice, give me more, much more.
