1dl, chilled, as Chmelová, at Sobotecký Jarmark. Paaaaale yellow body. Oily, hoppy, bit herbal arona, bit of fermented honey. Herbal, dry, oily taste, vague fermented honey, ending in a light bitterness. Unsure about the base here...

Bottle, 0.1 liters, dink pour, courtesy of the gang
Pale yellow. Dominated by wax aroma, and spirit. It's light, moderately sweet, but not what is expected from a mead, some wax flavour, it's hot, spirit, and lightly spicy/bitter.
Mediocre.

Poured from 0.1L bottle. Clear extremely pale blonde. Floral, honey, a touch watery, hint of booze, underwhelming.

Very pale, just a slight greenish colour. Honey aroma with some wood in the finish. I don't necessarily get much hop on this. Sweet, simply honey note. Not bad. A bit of alcohol in the finish, which I might prefer to be rounded off a bit.

0.1L bottle, pours a clear pale blonde. Nose is gentle, with subdued honey nectar, some floral notes, and a touch of beeswax. Flavour is very light-bodied, with a fair bit of acidity for a mead, honey nectar, floral notes, and some spices. Fairly boozy and too acidic. Not terrible, but pretty underwhelming. Ranks poorly among the slew of Czech/Slovak meads I've had.
